Green And Red

Thought I'd share this image of my crop of chili pepper plants, I have now moved into the conservatory for warmth with the pampered Aloe Vera. This variety is "de Cayenne" which is said to quite hot; they may be picked either green or red. By the way I have four other variety's growing alongside this one.

I'm thinking I might make some chili vodka...

My Aloe Vera is doing quite nicely, looking a little sinister now.

Have grown Habanero and Jalapenos for my LL and his mates over the last couple of years. The Habanero is very hot, too much for this old bloke. Just about to put in this years crop.
Put the recipe for chilli vodka in your blog!!!!
How's the home brew going?

I think my little fellow, although enjoying a very wide range of food flavours, isn't quite ready for hot chilli peppers LOL.

Beer is maturing nicely. Visitors are welcome to try a drop or two.
