Pud

Today's kitchen attempt: Bread pudding.

Much like Bread and Butter pudding but with far less egg and milk. And oh yes, the bread is broken up into much smaller pieces.




















Mmm. Want some?

That looks almost as yummy as the other bread pudding you made. What it needs is a bit of bourbon sauce to make it just perfect! (Oh wait, that's a "southern" way of serving it but I'm thinking you'd like it none the less.)

Yep, that's the stuff. Oh so yummy especially on bread puddings of any sort. Give it a go! Just make sure you strain it through a fairly fine sieve.
