Cannot Be Serious?
At the moment we have on our TV screens an (insurance) advert featuring former tennis professional John McEnroe, playing a parody of himself (and his famous Wimbledon rant).
Given Mr McEnroe is a well known American citizen and has- to British ears- a strong accent, how come his on-screen wife and family all speak with pitch perfect British accents with not a trace of US influence LOL?
