What is the point of the Eurovision Song Contest?
It seems to me that for many years it's not been about selecting the best tune or singer but more about voting along political lines, certain countries supporting their mates.
Since when was Russia part of Europe anyway?
Isn't it time the UK pulled the vast sum of money we contribute to this televisual farce each year and spent it on something worthwhile?
