Must Find A New Name...

...However "Boobed" seems to have stuck at least for now.

Completed in the following glazes: Bright Orange Red, Marbled Green, Vellum Off White Dolomite, Fiord Blue and Light Oatmeal. Added to this was Colbalt Oxide along the spines.

So if anyone can suggest a more suitable name, please send it to the usual competition address.

Concerned

Last night while helping Dad at the house, he had another fall. Later at dinner, he got extremely confused over events. I'm getting a little worried for him.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

Some will know that as a child I was a big fan of Captain Scarlett and (more so) of Thunderbirds. So after the misfire of the big screen live action version, I was excited but dubious with regard a new "updated" series.

So when LL and I sat down to watch the first few episodes, I was very pleasantly surprised just how good it proved to be. LL was impressed having not really been that interested in the original, despite my best efforts with the DVD box set (just how sad am I LOL?). Thunderbirds Are Go! is simply great, F.A.B. as they might say, a sympathetic blend of CGI and actual models. Quite lbrilliant.

TB2, the best.

Carter

You know Spring is here when Carters Steam Fair is back in town.

The only pair of "yachts" still touring anywhere in the world.

Sleeping Here

This is where we are sleeping for the next couple of nights...

Mind you I have to admit it's a strange "environment" to find oneself in and despite appearances doesn't seem to be as comfortable as you might expect.

Dad

Dad and step mum are up in town for a visit, mainly to see her family but also to start clearing his house. He's been acting a bit unpredictably of late. I hope its just a combination of tiredness and the emotion of of dealing with the disposal of his home.
